When you open a rute account and use our platform, you agree to the terms set out here. These terms govern your account, deposits, withdrawals, betting, gaming, and our relationship with you as an account holder. We encourage you to read them carefully before you deposit.

When you register on rute, you provide your name, email, phone number, and date of birth. You must provide accurate, complete information. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity or address. If we discover that your registration information is false or misleading, we may suspend or permanently close your account.
rute permits one account per person. We reserve the right to cancel duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with duplicate or fraudulent accounts. If you attempt to create multiple accounts, we may block your access and investigate the activity.

Before you withdraw from rute, we require identity verification. You must submit a government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within three months). Our compliance team reviews your documents within one business day. Once verified, your account is approved for withdrawals.
We at rute comply with Indonesian anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer regulations. Identity verification is mandatory and non-negotiable. If you cannot provide valid documents or if your documents do not meet our standards, we may deny your withdrawal request or close your account.

Your rute account balance is deducted immediately upon withdrawal request; funds appear in your destination account once the payment method processes the transaction.
We reserve the right to delay withdrawals for verification purposes or to investigate suspicious activity. If we suspect fraud or money-laundering risk, we may hold your withdrawal for up to 10 business days while we investigate. We will notify you of any withdrawal hold and the reason for the hold.

Betting and Gaming Terms on rute
We at rute offer pre-match and live betting on football (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League), esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile), and other sports. We also offer live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) and arcade games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways).
All rute bets and games are subject to our published rules and odds at the time you place your bet. We settle bets according to official match results, tournament data, or game outcomes. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or voided, we settle affected bets according to our rules, which are published in our Help Center
We reserve the right to cancel or void any bet if we detect fraud, system error, or violation of our terms. If we cancel a bet, we refund your stake to your rute account balance. We do not offer refunds for lost bets due to your own decisions or bad outcomes.

- Bets on postponed or abandoned matches are typically void. Your stake is refunded to your rute account.

Bonus and Offer Terms on rute
rute offers a new member bonus to eligible account holders who complete identity verification and make their first deposit. The bonus amount and terms are published on our New Member Offer page. Bonus balances are non-transferable, non-refundable, and do not expire. You can use your bonus balance on any rute offering (betting or games).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue bonus offers at any time. If you have already claimed a bonus, your balance is not affected by future changes. We also reserve the right to forfeit unclaimed bonuses if your account is suspended or closed for violation of our terms.
We do not offer promotional bonuses with playthrough requirements or withdrawal restrictions. All rute bonuses can be withdrawn at any time.
Account Suspension and Closure on rute
We at rute reserve the right to suspend or close your account at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, non-compliance with our KYC requirements, or involvement in money-laundering or sanctions evasion. We may also suspend or close your account if required by law or regulation.
If we suspend your account, we will notify you via email or phone with the reason for the suspension. You may request clarification or appeal the suspension within 30 days by contacting our support team through our Help Center
If we close your account, any remaining balance will be held for 90 days. After 90 days, we will refund any balance to your registered payment method. If we cannot process the refund (for example, if the payment method is no longer valid), we will hold the balance indefinitely and you may request it by contacting us.
Dispute Resolution and Liability on rute
If you have a dispute with rute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, withdrawal, or any other matter, contact our support team through our Help CenterWe investigate disputes and respond within five business days. Our decision on the dispute is final.
If you are not satisfied with our dispute resolution, you may pursue a complaint through applicable local regulatory bodies or courts in your jurisdiction. rute's liability to you is limited to the amount of your dispute, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which rute is registered. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of courts in that location for any legal proceedings.
Jurisdiction Notice and Service Availability on rute
Our rute services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer services in jurisdictions where online wagering or gaming is prohibited. If you access rute from a prohibited jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and in violation of local law.
We use geolocation verification to identify your jurisdiction. If we detect that you are accessing rute from a prohibited jurisdiction, we may block your access or close your account without refunding any balance. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of rute complies with your own jurisdiction's law.
rute's services are offered to account holders in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and other supported regions where access is legally permitted. If you are uncertain whether rute is available in your jurisdiction, contact our support team.
Changes to rute Terms
We at rute reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the change date. Your continued use of rute after the change date indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
